• Grounded scheme with both underground retail and above ground retail. Mixed use buildings adjacent to the shopping centre building component. Parking distributed mainly on underground levels, and ground level.
建筑分为地上及地下空间,零售区域同时分布于地上和地下楼层,综合体与购物中心毗邻,停车场位于地下楼层和地上。

The project plot is located at Xi'an Fanta District

3. Building Size
建筑面积

The approximate sum GCFA is 482,000 m2 of which includes components as listed below:
本项目总建筑面积约(暂定)为482,000平米,具体明细如下:

• Shopping Centre incl. IKEA Store / 购物中心并包含宜家家居 约217,000 m2
• Mixed use (include SOHO, Hotel, etc.) /综合体(包括 SOHO、 酒店等) 约56,000 m2
• Parking & others / 停车场及其他 约 209,000 m2



4. Project schedule
项目时间

Currently the concept design has been finished and the project construction will be completed by the end of 2023.
目前概念设计已经完成,项目将在2023年底完工。
