The project plot is located at Chang Ning district, Shanghai.
项目位于上海市长宁区。

建筑面积


Total building size is about 436,667m2 gross building area, of which includes components as listed below:
本项目总建筑面积约为436,667平米,具体明细如下:

  • Shopping Centre incl IKEA store / 购物中心并包含宜家家居 约196,958 m2
  • Office Tower / 办公楼 约 62,461 m2
  • Parking & others / 停车场及其它 约 177,248 m2

4. Project schedule
项目时间


The Shopping Centre will grand open by the end of 2022. Mixed Use components opening schedule will be decided later.
购物中心将在2022年底前开业。综合体之开业时间须再作定夺。
